Matching
Finding the right Big for your child is a priority for us. We look at personality, likes, dislikes, background, age, and location of the Big and your child. And one of our Match Support Specialists is available to help you and your child navigate the Big/Little bond.
Getting Started
When your child is matched, we’ll call and give you an in-depth profile of their Big to approve. Bigs and Littles meet 2-4 times a month as part of our no cost program. We suggest consistent dates and times so everyone can look forward to fun.

Big Brothers Big Sisters helps children realize their potential and build their futures. Through youth mentoring we nurture children and strengthen communities. And we couldn’t do any of it without you. Volunteer to become a Big and mentor a waiting child in your local community. Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star serves youth in Collin County, Denton County, Dallas County, Greater Houston, Tarrant County, Abilene, Stephenville, and Wichita Falls.
